Just a reminder of todays litter pick around Pharos.

For about an hour, myself PCSO NICK & PC SAM will be out today with some of our amazing Police cadets around Pharos ward.

 We will be leaving the rear of the police station at 1:10 PM today or you can catch us up in and around Pharos. We have a few spare litter pickers !

WHY ?

Volunteering gives people the opportunity to give something back and engage with new like minded people with a few hours to spare.

Gaining a sense of belonging, exercise and change of scene is proven to be great for our minds and mental wellbeing.

Nothing is more rewarding than giving back to the community.
