Begging in Bell green retail park

We have recently seen a rise in begging related anti-social behaviour in and around Bell green retail park.

Our team has taken action by issuing Community Behaviour Orders to several regular offenders, which has led to some individuals moving on.However, we are aware that issues still remain in the area
