Penzance Town Update

Good evening, 

An update for Penzance residents. 

I can confirm that Jack KEANE was arrested on 18th August 2025, remanded by Penzance Neighbourhood Team and dealt with at Truro Magistrates Court on 19th August 2025 for Seven breaches of CBO and one assault emergency worker. 

Jack KEANE was given a suspended sentence order, 18 weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months and a Criminal behaviour order variation. The Criminal Behaviour Order was extended by 3 years.  Compensation was also awarded to the Constable that was assaulted during the arrest. 

Yesterday, the 19th August 2025, Penzance neighbourhood Team arrested a wanted male for breach of Court Order in Penzance Town Centre, he was remanded to go before the Courts the following day.  

We are also working with local businesses to gather business impact statements in an attempt to obtain further CBO's on problematic individuals who are causing Anti-Social behaviour in Penzance.
