Robbery in West Glebe Park, Corby

Were you in West Glebe Park, Corby on Saturday, August 16? Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was robbed of his bike.

 

The incident occurred between 6pm and 6.30pm on Saturday, August 16, when the boy was approached by a group and threatened him with a knife. Although, one was not seen, the boy feared for his safety and handed over his bike. 

 

We do not have a description of the offenders who were dressed in dark clothing and wearing balaclavas. One had a white mountain bike.

 

The park would have been busy at the time of the assault with families and people enjoying the nice weather, and officers investigating this incident would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or who can identify the offenders.
