Engagement with Rough Sleepers

In the last week we have conducted a number of positive engagement sessions with people rough sleeping in Manchester City Centre. Targeted individuals were referred to support services and additionally we found two people wanted on Police National Computer who were subsequently arrested. 

A male found sleeping rough at near Manchester One Building Portland street- Was wanted for bail offences - Arrested on 14/08/25 and area cleared by BIFFA.

A male sleeping in a tent near St. Peter Square and was wanted on PNC recall and fail to comply with an order by court - arrested on 12/08/25.
