EMPOWER HER - Girls Hub : Mon 18 Aug 17:00

It's that time of the week again!! 

👩‍👧MONDAY NIGHT = GIRLS HUB 'Empower Her' !👩‍👧

What's on tonight? 

➡️ Games Night 🎲 

➡️ Mindfulness and facing fears 

➡️  In the kitchen, we're making chocolate twists 🍓 🍫 

➡️ Arts & Crafts (Bracelet & Loom bands) 

➡️ 1-1 Support for all 🌟 

Where? 📍  Fleetwood Youth Hub on North Albert Street, Fleetwood. ⏰ 5-7pm.

Who?  👧🏻 👧🏼 All Females Aged 9-16. 

This group has been running for over 6 months now in view to provide a safe and warm space for young females to attend and be 100% themselves. On a regular basis, workshop's with external businesses and organisation's are held in aim to educate and increase awareness of important topical issues within the local area. From fitness/boxing classes with local PT, Elle Greenwood, to learning about healthy relationships with the team at Lancashire Women, and visiting Lisa Gallagher's Training academy for workshops based on self care & resilience. The list could go on.  And we don't wish to stop. Girls Hub is here to stay ❗
