Nicholson House, Mirfield Grove update

Dear Residents,

This morning, I visited Nicholson House on Mirfield Grove to check on the status of the building works and any recent issues. I have also been in contact with the landlord.

I can confirm that this building will soon be called ‘Marfleet Studios’ and will have 50 studio apartments for private rent for the local residents in Marfleet. The building work is progressing well and aims to be complete by the end of October. 

I hope this provides some clarity on the plans for the building in your local community and squashes any rumours you may have heard.
