🏍 2 offenders wearing bike helmets and balaclavas can be seen on CCTV stealing a black Keeway Superlight 125 Cruiser. The offenders have broken the steering lock. Gallagher Retail Park, Cheltenham. At approximately 18:15 hrs on 17/08/2025. Incident 439 of 17/08/2025.
