Redbridge Council

There are PSPO (Public Space Protection orders) in place set out by Redbridge Council.

Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) are used to help tackle anti-social behaviour, with the aim of ensuring public spaces can be enjoyed free from anti-social behaviour.

PSPOs are introduced under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, which gives local authorities the power to restrict certain behaviours within a specified area.

If you do witness any breaches of the PSPO's please make a report using the link below.

Report Crime and Anti Social Behaviour

Failure to comply is an offence carrying a maximum fine of £1,000 or £100 Penalty Notice.

For additional information, please use the provided links. Your Local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) work along with council enforcement officers to address anti-social behavior (ASB) in the community. We encourage you to share this message with your neighbours, urging them to report incidents and sign up to Met Engage to assist in our efforts to combat ASB.
