Partner deployment - disrupting criminality and antisocial behaviour

This week the Safer Neighbourhoods policing team conducted a joint deployment with the Safer Business Network, Westminster City Council and others to provide reassurance to local businesses and residents. 

Covering Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Chinatown, officers provided crime prevention advice and discussed local repeat offenders, street population concerns and anti-social behaviour hot spots. 

These deployments enable us to show presence to deter crime and offer reassurance where it's needed. Through collaboration with our partners we can problem solve at the same time.
