As part of our ongoing commitment to community safety and the enforcement of local regulations, we wish to inform the public about a recent incident that occurred on the 10th of August, 2025. Officers from the Bardon Beat observed an individual operating a blue pit bike in Greenhill Skate Park. 🌳

🏍️ The rider was approached and advised on the regulations concerning the use of off-road vehicles on public land, emphasizing the reasons for the prohibition of such activities in these areas. Furthermore, a Section 59 notice was issued to the rider, who was duly informed that any further violations would result in the seizure of the motorcycle.🏍️

🚓 The Bardon Beat Team remains dedicated to addressing the ongoing concerns related to off-road bikes in public spaces. We will take appropriate action against any individuals 🚓 identified as violating these regulations.
