Message from Me!

Hello Resident

Firstly I wanted to apologises that I haven't sent any messages recently. The reason for this is that I am still on my secondment with Police Now training up 58 new police officers who will go into neighbourhood policing.

While I am away I am still supporting my team and keeping up to date with issues in Erdington. I know the team has been busy investigating crimes, supporting our response colleagues dealing with summer demand.

I am aware that recently the High Street, Street Watch supported our PCSOS with a medical incident whereby a female required support. Their work they are doing on the High Street is much appreciated. Our community Speed Watch volunteers are still conducting checks and helping to reduce speeding in the local area. So I wanted to say Thank you to our volunteers for their support in making a difference in Erdington.

If you want to support us and your community by joining street watch or community speed watch then please email us on Erdington@westmidlands.police.uk

The team will be doing a cuppa with a copper on Sunday 24th August 2025 if you would like to meet the team or want to raise any concerns you have in your area please come and visit us.

Remember, if you come across a crime or observe anti-social behaviour that does not require an emergency response, please call 101 or Live Chat at www.west-midlands.police.uk

In case of emergencies, please dial 999.

To report a crime anonymously, you can contact Crime stoppers on 0800 555 111 or visit www.crimestoppers-uk.org

I will try and message you again soon.
