Good afternoon Resident

You may have seen myself and my colleague Police Volunteer Fenwick on Valley Road this morning (13th August) conducting speed checks following concerns raised to us by residents. 

We use a radar speed gun to check a vehicle's speed and should anyone be going over the speed limit then action can be taken whether that is education or enforcement.

Thankfully on today's session no-one was over the speed limit and within half an hour we had scanned 150 vehicles.
