PS Powell here this is a quick round up from me and the rest of the Hillfield’s neighbourhood policing team.

 

What`s been happening: 

We have conducted high visible patrols around your neighbourhood, aiming at the hotspots for anti-social behaviour.

 

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: 

Your local Neighbourhood team have been out and about engaging in the community.

 

The team have begun leaflet dropping to residents of Hillfields valuable contact details to speak to the Local Team, but also contact details to Crime Stoppers and also our partners Midland Heart and Citizen Housing.

 

The team have been out on Craners road, Cobb Close, Signet Square and Nelson St, engaging with residents and addressing Anti-Social behaviour issues along with problem solving with our external partners.

 

The team have put plans in place to complete a Community Event on Craners Road and will be sharing details through WM NOW and Social Media over the next few weeks.

 

ARRESTS:

This week your local officers made some great arrests. Altogether there were Five Arrests made ranging from Drunk and Disorderly Behaviour, Possession to supply Drugs and Attempt Murder. 

 

In order to disrupt regular nuisance individuals causing problems in Hillfields we have issued Four Community Protection Warnings around their Anti-Social Behaviour this has been causing residents.

 

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK:

The team have plans afoot around the execution of drug warrants within Hillfields in order to disrupt, deter individuals who are causing our communities harm.  Keep an eye out on our social media with updates.
