Suspicious Activity – Unsolicited Visit in Landseer Avenue, Little Neston

⚠️ Suspicious Caller – Landseer Avenue Area ⚠️

We have received a recent report in which an unknown male called called at a property on Landseer Avenue, offering unsolicited roofing work.

The male claimed he was already working in the area and would return to carry out the work. He was quite persistant but thankfully did not return, and no work was undertaken, however the resident was left feeling quite shaken.

We ask residents - especially those with elderly or vulnerable neighbours - to remain vigilant and 📞 Report suspicious activity to 101 (Police Non-Emergency)

❌ Do NOT agree to work from cold callers.

💷 Never hand over money or personal details at the door.

🚪 Don’t open the door if you’re unsure — it’s okay to say no.

🗣️ Contact a trusted neighbour, family member, or the non-emergency police line (101)

👀 Please look out for one another, particularly those who may be more at risk,
