Appeal

We have been made of an incident between 2 dogs on Bargate Road in Belper on 22nd July at 9.30pm where one of the dogs has been injured.
We are asking if you saw white male, late 40s to early 50s, short grey hair and wearing beige shorts and a blue polo shirt.
He was with a Patterdale Terrier dog.
