Local Priorities Cycle Theft Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding cycle theft, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

As for myself, I have been looking at Frognal thefts and there has been ONE (1) Pedal Cycle stolen from a Street pod.
