SAFE HER DAYS

SAFE HER DAYS - Empowering Young Women and girls in Chorley

Chorley Council is inviting women and girls aged 12 - 21 to join their ‘Safe Her Days’ programme this summer!

This six -week course is all about building confidence, resilience, and life skills, with activities including:

  • Mental health education and support
  • Emotional regulation and anger management workshops
  • Self-esteem building exercises
  • Positive role modelling and mentoring
  • Opportunities for personal growth and re-engagement with education or training
  • Next launch event Monday 4th August at Westway Sports Hub, West Way Chorley PR7 1FG 12.30 to 2.30pm.  Free to attend.

    There will be a dedicated team who will be able to provide you with information about the programme.  Come along to meet them, grab some free goodies and refreshments, and discover how this programme can help you or someone you know thrive.
