Local Priorities Nuisance Motorbikes / E-Bikes / E-Scooters Update

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Nuisance Motorbikes / E-Bikes / E-Scooters, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Good evening,
NHP officers have been patrolling hot-spots for off-road bikes today, particularly parks, crossland road park as been highlighted as a regular spot for balaclava wearing youths on often stolen motorbikes and other vehicles - NHP officers came across two of these delights on bikes today on said park, which was swiftly dealt with and seized. Another 2 taken off the streets and off the wrong hands. We will continue to target these illegal and dangerous activities.

Op. Centurion is Lancashire Constabulary’s county-wide response to anti-social behaviour, supported by Police and Crime Commissioner, Clive Grunshaw. As part of this targeted operation, each district of Lancashire is currently benefitting from additional foot patrols to target areas identified as ASB hotspots.

If you ever experience this issue or have information regarding an incident, please report it using our online reporting tools at https://www.lancashire.police.uk, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online webpage Home - Lancashire Constabulary - Report Online or call the non-emergency number 101.
