North Northumberland

Incident Number: NP-20250729-0009

Attempt Theft of ATV – Acklington

Between 2345 on MON 28/07/25 and 0010 on TUE 29/07/25

Three offenders have approached an insecure barn and attempted to steal two x quad bikes by cutting ignition wires.  Offenders have failed on one of the quad bikes; leaving it behind and stealing the other quad bike, making off over fields and then abandoning it. Both vehicles recovered.

Believed the males were on foot - no vehicle details.

 

Incident Number; NP-20250726-1230

Suspicious Vehicle – Earsdon (A1)

A White Ford Transit has been sighted three times in one week, when approached, the vehicle has driven off at speed towards Chevington Crossing. The 61 Plate White Ford Transit van has a roof rack, headlight out and rear brake light is permanently on.

Please be aware of this vehicle and if seen acting suspiciously please let us know.

 

Incident Number: NP-20250723-1034

Poaching Activity – Felton 

Report at 1820hrs on Wed 23rd July of four males with dogs coursing hares on farmland. A Silver Subaru Forrester 04 Plate was in the area and believed to be linked.
