Community Positive Impact
Thanks to diligent efforts and community cooperation, one of our Officers from the Safer Neighbourhoods Team made an arrest involving a driver under the influence of drugs. On Friday the 25th, PC Hussain from the Safer Neighbourhoods Team located a vehicle believed to being driven whilst the driver is under the influence of drugs.
The male was given a roadside drugs test which provided a positive result for use of Cannabis which led to the driver's arrest. The vehicle was further seized and removed from the road.
