We’ve received several reports of a man acting suspiciously in the early hours of Thursday 17th July, between 1:00am and 5:00am, in the east side of Holmer, north of Roman Road.

The individual, described as wearing a black hoodie, khaki trousers, white trainers, and possibly spectacles, has been seen:
