Please find the following what the team have been doing ……..

High visibility patrols at the Yew Tree regarding parking on the Zig Zags and numerous tickets have been issued for those failing to observe the law and will receive a fine and 3 points.

High visibility patrols at Old Yardley Park due to concerns from local residents 

Numerous vehicles have been seized for no TAX 

3 X stolen vehicles recovered in Victoria Road Acocks Green along with relay devices used to steal key less vehicles  1 x offender arrested, enquiries ongoing.

1 X Car Key Burglary occurred in Leicester and offender arrested and owned a garage that was searched and found to have a stolen vehicle's and car parts 

High visibility patrols at Stechford Retail Park 

Our Street Watch volunteers continue to make a difference in the community and are a credit to West Midlands Police and the Stechford & Yardley North Neighbourhood Team 

Crime Updates ……

Residential Burglary - On Inglefield Road Stechford between 22.00 hrs & 23.00 hrs on 07/07/25 Offenders have forced open the rear patio door and made an untidy search before being disturbed by owner ( Nothing Stolen )

Residential Burglary  - On Blakesley Mews between 08.00 hrs on 06/07/25 & 09.00 hrs on 07/07/25 Offenders have gained access through an insecure window  search made ( Nothing Stolen )

Burglary of a Building - On Lea Hall Road between 00.30 hrs & 12.00 hrs on 11/07/25 Offenders have forced open a garden shed and stolen a lawnmower 

Theft from a Motor Vehicle  - On Inglefield Road between 20.00 hrs on 08/07/25 & 06.10 hrs on 09/07/25 Offenders have stolen both VRM plates from a Citroen Nemo panel van 

Theft from a Motor vehicle  - On Albert Road between 22.00 hrs on 09/07/25 & 06.30 hrs 10/07/25 Offenders have smashed the drivers side window to release bonnet and stolen same along with the front headlights, Bumper to a 72 plate Toyota Corolla Verso

Theft from a Motor vehicle  - On Queens Road between 19.00 hrs on 06/07/25 & 06.00 hrs 07/07/25 Offenders have stolen both VRM plates from a Nissan  

Police Advice  - During this hot weather please do not leave any ground floor windows open
