Operation Spree

Dear resident

On Thursday 12th June  at 20:40 a 21-year-old female was riding her road legal motorbike along Brookside Avenue when a male on an off-road bike has collided with her. Knocking both off onto the road.  The male quickly left the scene towards Stirchley.  The male was described as riding a black bike, wearing grey shorts, black hoody and a black balaclava. The female sustained injuries to her ribs and shoulder.

The Brookside Safer Neighbourhood team would like to reassure residents that we are committed to identifying and dealing with offenders who continue to ride these bikes illegally.

Yesterday evening an off-road bike described as being red and white was ridden along the road at Brookside Avenue. The rider and passenger didn’t have helmets on. Have you seen this bike?
