Two arrested on suspicion of 34 offences in motorbike theft investigation

We have arrested two people on suspicion of a combined 34 offences as part of an ongoing investigation into a series of motorbike thefts in Stoke-on-Trent.

Two 14-year-old boys, from Stoke-on-Trent, were arrested on suspicion of a series of offences, including conspiracy to steal a vehicle, handling stolen goods, vehicle theft, attempted robbery and driving offences.

Both have been questioned in custody and released under investigation while enquiries continue.

We’re working proactively to go after those responsible for vehicle theft in Staffordshire.
