Man charged after £4,000 cash, cocaine, cannabis and mobile phones seized

A man has been charged with drug offences after we found more than £4,000 in cash, cocaine, cannabis and mobile phones in Rugeley.

Frankie Whitehead, 32, from Rugeley, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine between 14 April and 8 July this year, possession of criminal property, possession of cannabis and failing/refusing to provide a sample for a class A drugs test.

It comes after proactive officers found three mobile phones when they stopped and searched a man in Rugeley.

When they went to a property in the town they discovered £4,030 in cash, cocaine and cannabis.

Whitehead is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Thursday 10 July).
