Local Priorities Drug dealing/ drug use Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Yesterday, your Safer Neighbourhood Team were patrolling Ivorydown BR1, when we noticed some suspicious behaviour in an alleyway believed to be used for drug dealing and drug use. Three males were stopped and searched, with nothing found on this occasion.

Please continue to report any suspicious activity to 101 or using our online platforms, to enable us to fight criminal activity in your area.

We are committed to tackling drug dealing wherever we find it. We will keep you updated on our efforts to do this in your area, but if you have any concerns or evidence, it is important you report this as soon as possible.
