ASB closure order

Yesterday your Operation Prosper team have issued a Closure Order granted by local courts on 10 Hargreaves Street, Nelson. 

2 drugs related deaths, Drug dealing/ taking and multiple ASB reports, dealt with almost daily, multiple arrests, warnings, notices and positive action taken, members of the public continued to complain, and the issue address simply hasn’t changed, so, here we are… Yesterday a full closure order was given. Only the landlord can enter, none of the previous occupants, and if they do, we can utilise a power of arrest. This power lasts for three months and follow up action will be taken if the problem returns.
