This evening, we enjoyed the Mini Police end of year celebration, hosted at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. Over the school year, 10 pupils from Year 5 at St. Marys Primary School have represented our community at various events. They have all done a great job throughout the school year and tonight was an opportunity to celebrate their efforts. The scheme has been an opportunity to break down barriers between young people and ourselves, which will hopefully stick with them as they grow up. Thank you St. Marys for all your efforts and we are already looking forward to the next wave of officers to join us in the next school year. |
