Throughout June, we've seen a rise in vehicle thefts across Wolverhampton. Of the 45 vehicles reported stolen:

These incidents are happening across the city. We're urging residents to stay vigilant and follow these crime prevention tips:

✅ Always lock your vehicle and check that windows and doors are secure — even when parked on driveways or in garages ✅ Park in well-lit, overlooked areas when possible ✅ Use additional security such as a steering wheel lock, wheel clamp, or driveway bollard ✅ Fit a tracker or install a quality alarm system ✅ Store keyless entry fobs in a signal-blocking pouch and keep keys out of sight ✅ Consider installing home CCTV or motion-sensor lighting ✅ Report anything suspicious in your area — even small details can help prevent crime
