Community Alert - Robberies Involving Threats of a Knife (NO Weapon Seen)

Good afternoon,

We want to make you aware of two recent robbery incidents on The Green, Richmond. The suspects claimed to have a knife, although no weapon has been seen. We believe the incidents may be linked as the description of the suspects is the same and property stolen is the same. In each case, the victims phones had been stolen. 

The two robberies are being investigated by the robbery team. Local officers have been tasked with checking CCTV in the area. Any meaningful updates will be sent out when they become available.

Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour to police immediately by calling 101, or 999 in an emergency.
