Ward Inspector - Introduction

Dear resident,

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for signing up to Met Engage and to introduce myself as your Neighbourhood Ward Inspector. I have responsibility five Haringey wards – Seven Sisters, Hermitage & Gardens, West Green, South Tottenham and St Ann’s. Each ward has its unique challenges that my teams and I are committed to working to resolve. 

Over the coming months we will continue to grow a membership on this platform that reflects the diverse community within your ward, allowing us to engage with a broad cross section of the population and achieve a deep understanding of community concerns. 

This platform gives you the opportunity to reach out to your ward team and tell them of the issues that matter most to you. By understanding the needs of the community, the ward team can plan patrols to combat the issues causing most concern to residents. We will work closely with partners to ensure there is a joint up approach to problem solving in your area. 

We will keep you updated of issues affecting the ward, provide details of meetings and contact points where you can meet the team in person, community events and offer crime prevention advice. If you would like to message us directly, one of the team will respond to your query within 72 hours.
