Local Priorities Mobile phone theft Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding Mobile phone theft, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Officers have been out patrolling the hotspot areas today. Phone snatching and other attempts of personal robbery are extremely bad at the moment and is a focus point for the team.

Tabard Street is a popular road for the phone snatches to use after or before committing offences due to the accessible bike route. So, attached is a picture of Tabard Street in the glorious sunshine.
