Road Safety Partnership

From complaints received to the Lancashire Road Safety Partnership, Lancaster NPT have been conducting community speed watch on Lentworth Road, Coulston Road and Newlands Road. All three areas are 20 mph zones and the highest speed was 38. Most of the motorist caught speeding will be receiving their letters this week.  

Most of the vehicles checked were keeping to the limit and we have seen a reduction in the number over the limit.
