Appeal for CCTV launched after vehicles are interfered with

We are appealing for CCTV footage following reports that a number of vehicles had been interfered with in Allestree.

Overnight between Thursday 19 June and Friday 20 June - probably between 1am and 3.30am on the 20th – a group of four men or boys all dressed in dark clothing were seen trying car doors and door handles.

We would like members of the public who live within the area marked with a black box on the map to please check your CCTV / Ring doorbell footage.

If you have captured a group of four men or boys wearing dark clothing trying door handles then please get in touch with us.

We have arrested three boys in relation to the incidents and they have been released on bail while enquiries continue.
