S23 Drugs Warrant Executed

I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

In the early hours of Thursday morning 26th June your local ward officers on Queens Park and Harrow Road alongside our TSG colleagues executed a drugs warrant. Fast entry was gained to the premises, securing a number of persons for search and identification. Several arrests were made, taken to police custody where persons were interviewed.
A number of charges for offensive weapons, drugs possession, theft from shop and possession with intent to supply have been sent to the CPS.
This address has had a significant effect on neighbours and the local community!

We are committed to tackling drug dealing wherever we find it. We will keep you updated on our efforts to do this in your area, but if you have any concerns or evidence, it is important you report this as soon as possible.
