Good Afternoon Resident,

we executed a warrant yesterday morning on Lime Road in Accrington and have arrested a male on suspicion of cannabis cultivation and abstracting electricity.

We understand the impact of cannabis farms have on the community, it can bring violence and disruption. Bypassing the electricity meter is extremely dangerous, presenting a real risk of fires. We want to assure you that we will act upon the information you give us.
