We have received a high volume of complaints about Youths using the gardens at the RBH Residential which accommodate elderly residents reside at- Anti Social behaviour activity is not tolerated in these premises by the Rochdale borough, or Greater Manchester Police. Just a friendly reminder, please advise your youngsters this is not a place to be while hanging out with their friends.
