News from the Town Centre DNO’s

During this set, we have worked alongside Trading Standards in the Town Centre, ensuring that local vape retailers are following the new ban on the single use vapes. We're pleased to say none of the retailers had any disposable vapes for sale, however, one of the retailers had an old box of illegal vapes, which were seized and TS will deal with. We are cracking down on illegal single use vapes to ensure we keep our young people safe, and keep our streets clean of littered vapes.

Crime Updates

2  x shoplifters arrested and charged for offences on the Town Centre.

Diary Dates

On 17th July between 12:00 – 14:00hrs there will be a beat surgery in Lily’s Tea Parlour where you can meet the Town Centre Designated Neighbourhood Officers.
