The team have been busy across the patch…

The new Designated Neighbourhood Officers (D.N.O's) are getting out and about, familiarising themselves with their wards. For those who aren't already aware, these roles have been created so that each ward has an official point of contact for local engagement.  So for our team that is Aldridge Central & South, Aldridge North & Walsall Wood, Streetly, Pheasey Park Farm, Brownhills, Pelsall, Rushall & Shelfield. 

The team have been conducting foot, bus, bicycle and vehicle patrols across our areas, paying particular attention to ASB hotspots including-

Oak Park Active Living, Walsall Wood,

Brownhills High Street & McDonalds,

Aldridge Village Centre and surrounding bus stops, 

Pelsall High Street,

Rushall McDonalds  

Police officers & PCSO's have engaged with stores in Aldridge Village Centre regarding the news that a prolific shoplifter who was hitting multiple stores in the vicinity who has now been charged. 

Street Watch patrols have been conducted with some of our groups and recognition awards for service passed out to members who couldn't attend the Street Watch Awards evening, well done to all involved for your dedication to continued patrols & care of your area.
