Mini-Mopeds in High Brooms

Good Afternoon, 

I have received a number of reports regarding nuisance mopeds in around High Brooms. Extra patrols have been conducted in the area to try and identify these individuals. 

Yesterday I located a Mini-Moped on St Johns Road, SOUTHBOROUGH driving on the pavement. The driver was followed and signalled to stop. Their details have been taken and were issued a S59 Anti-Social Behaviour warning. The vehicle was seized to a local recovery yard whereby the owner will incur fee's if they wish to keep the vehicle. 

This is a success in getting another nuisance vehicle out of the surrounding area and off the road.
