A male has been charged

A 36-year-old man has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and common assault on a shop worker after being arrested by neighbourhood officers following reported incidents of a male near the fountains in Stockton High Street carrying a metal bar. 

This male is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court next month on Wednesday 9th July.
