Drugs seized and stolen Bee bike recovered on Mount Street

On 20/06/2025  PC's McHardy and Witherstone from the A relief city centre neighbourhood team were on patrol to deter antisocial behaviour in the city centre when a male came to their attention riding a rental Bee bike with the rear red light rapidly flashing rapidly which suggested it was stolen. The male was detained for a stop search and found with multiple bags of spice. He was served a community resolution as a final warning and advised he will be prosecuted if he is caught with drugs again. The bike was recovered intact and safely locked back into the docking station where it belongs.
