Anti Social Driving - Jennycliff & Mount Batten

Officers from the Plymstock, Prince Rock and Efford neighbourhood teams have been at Jennycliff and Mount Batten following continued reports from the community regarding anti-social driving at the aforementioned locations.

Officers are utilising speed enforcement, traffic tickets and S59 warnings under the Police Reform Act 2002 to enforce any anti-social driving should it be witnessed by Police. Penalties can vary from words of advice, points on license and a fine and also vehicle seizures.

If any anti-social driving or offences are caught on DashCam, please consider submitting them via Operation Snap. Officers will continue to enforce at these locations to deter people driving in this manner.
