Vulnerable Missing Person

Good Afternoon

Please be on the look out for a Philipa Kerruisha who was last seen at Kew Gardens yesterday afternoon. She is a white lady, slim build, 70 years old, with red hair who was wearing a light green jacket, description of her top/trousers are not known and grey trainers.

Philipa has dementia and struggles to retain certain information. She does not know Richmond Borough as she lives in another part of London.

She was last seen leaving Kew Gardens yesterday afternoon and is not believed to in possession of a phone.
