Positive Action
Hello Resident
Your local officers Nick and Ayeshah, wanted to reach out and put resident’s minds at ease.
There have been a few incidents recently which have caused concern for our community around Jersey Park.
We have attended and captured CCTV footage of incidents which have taken place recently, and the investigation process is under way.
We want to reassure you that the incidents are being looked at seriously and you will see a police presence in the area as always, so there is nothing to worry about with us being there. Nothing at present has been proven and it could be quite innocent actions, but we must listen to your needs and wants so we will fully look at all lines of enquiries to give you peace of mind and support you any way that we can.
We also need to take this opportunity that HATE actions and speech will not be tolerated by South Wales Police and we will support anyone who have been affected by this in our community.
If you have any concerns please contact up on 101 or 999 in an emergency, or your local PCSO’s.
Hayley Gwilliam and Jo Hale are being active in the community and assisting us with concerns you have.
Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime. Do you need to speak to the police but don’t require an emergency response? You can make an online report via our website https://www.south-wales.police.uk, send us a private message via Live Chat, or call 101. In an emergency always dial 999.
