On 09th October 2024 officers arrested 4 males in relation to producing a controlled drug of Class B.

 

The case has now been concluded at trial at the outcome is below:

 

Anh TIAN – 23 years old

Found Guilty at court for “Produce controlled drug of Class B – cannabis. Contrary to section 4(2)(a) of and Schedule 4 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Son PHAN – Juvenile when arrested now 18 years Old

Found Guilty at court for “Produce controlled drug of Class B – cannabis. Contrary to section 4(2)(a) of and Schedule 4 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

 

£114 fine

 

Rehabilitation activity Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: Offender to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments (with the responsible officer or someone else nominated by them), or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 10 Days.

 

Unpaid work. Requirement to be completed within 12 months. Unpaid Work Requirement: Carry out unpaid work for 100 Hours within the next twelve months. This work will be supervised by the responsible officer.

 

Nam PHAN – 45 years old

Found not guilty at court for “Produce controlled drug of Class B – cannabis. Contrary to section 4(2)(a) of and Schedule 4 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

 

Arrested upon release from court for illegal entry into the UK on 16/04/2025

 

Hung LE – 31 years old

Found not guilty at court for “Produce controlled drug of Class B – cannabis. Contrary to section 4(2)(a) of and Schedule 4 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

 

Additionally the cannabis and paraphernalia found in premises is to be forfeited under Section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed
