I would be very grateful if you could spare a few minutes of your time to complete this short survey. This survey will ask about what you feel are your 3 main policing priorities within the area that you reside. These will be monitored by your local Beat Officer and colleagues within the Community Safety Unit, this will assist us greatly in dealing with issues going forwards. 

We will collate these results in six weeks from now and focus our patrol regime on the top three priorities raised by the community and will also help shape the focus of policing in your area.
