                                              ***Towneley Park Bike Marking event***

Burnley Neighbourhood Policing Team will be offering a free bike marking, supplied by LANPAC (Lancashire Partnership Against Crime).

Your bike will be registered onto the UK's National Cycle Database, which has over 1 million bikes already registered.

The bike marking is a tamper proof sticker which is placed on the bicycles frame, and has a QR code that can be scanned by on any smart phone, and will show whether it is stolen or not.

This allows us to reunite stolen bikes with their rightful owners.

Please bring your bicycle to the event to get registered.
