Good afternoon 

I have been looking at the NHW Scheme you have presented, at this point in time it falls within another established scheme. However, as and when numbers improve we will be looking for coordinators for smaller ares within the Manor. In the near future we will be hopefully publishing what the coordinators role will be and requesting volunteers to take on roles.

So in short I can’t approve your scheme however you are still on the system and will receive messages as usual.
